Happy Valentines Day ...

Good morning and Happy New Year! It's so nice to get back into crafting after the crazy month I had in December! Here's to hoping the New Year is rockin'!

Today I'm super excited to be sharing the Official Opening of the Artbymiran Blog

Our Theme for January is Valentines!

There are so many beautiful Valentine/Love images in the shop; however, this Heart Digital Stamp just stole my heart! :o)

I colored this beauty with Copic Markers, and applied distress ink for the background and grass. If you look closely you can see that the net is partially raised by foam squares. To get this look I fussy cut the whole image and paper-pieced her on top of another image. It is a great way to added dimension to your designs.

The sentiment is from Avocado Arts Sweet Treat Sweetie stamp set, and A Muse Studios Word Dies was used to cut the sentiment out. Final step was to apply distress ink around the edges.

Now for a closer look at Heart Digital Stamp ...

Copics: E000, E00, E21, R20, R81, R83, R85, R89, E30, E35, E37, E39, E70, E71, E74

My design was inspired by Sunday Sketch & Stamp Challenge #187 ~ Any Past Sketch. I chose to use Sketch #154.

We would love for you to become a follower of the Artbymiran Blog and Artbymiran FB Page, along with visiting our shop to see all of the wonderful images artbymiran has to offer!
